MITSUBISHI ex-F40 fiber laser
Laser cutting ensures extremely high precision while producing parts at a relatively high speed (the parts require no additional machining and are ready for further processing). We strive to minimize production waste as much as possible.
Laser cutting has many advantages:
- Accuracy and repeatability.
- A narrow cutting gap.
- High surface smoothness and no deformation during cutting.
- Minimal waste during cutting.
Waterjet
Waterjet cutting can be used on a wide range of materials up to 200 mm thick and is the only method available that allows for the creation of any shape.
The size of the material processing table is 4000 mm x 2000 mm!!!
MATERIALS:
- metal, including stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and non-ferrous metals;
- tiles, ceramics;
- stone, including granite and marble;
- fiber-reinforced synthetics, including plastics reinforced with glass and carbon fibers;
- plastics, including thermoplastics and thermosets;
- hard and soft foams;
- insulation materials;
- structural and multilayer materials;
- wood, paper, cardboard;
- sealing materials, e.g., rubber;
- fabric-based laminates.
The price of the cut depends on the shape, type, and thickness of the material. We provide cost estimates for the production of components based on electronic documentation (AutoCAD – .dxf, .dwg).
