We would like to offer you our laser cutting services. We have a MITSUBISHI ML3015ex-F-40 laser cutter at your disposal.
Laser cutting technology
In laser cutting, the material is separated through the localized melting and vaporization of a metal layer using the energy of the laser beam. This occurs with minimal heat input into the material, and the method allows for high cutting speeds while maintaining very high precision. The quality of the cut edges is so high that it does not require additional, labor-intensive machining. This solution saves both time and money.
Laser cutting technology allows for the cutting of shapes of any complexity and the addition of features to assist in further processing—such as grooves, tabs, and process holes, as well as the engraving of lines and process points, etc. This method eliminates the need for costly tooling, guaranteeing perfect shape repeatability regardless of the production batch size. Special cutting machine software enables optimal placement of cut parts on the sheet, ensuring minimal waste.
Using our laser, we can cut parts from stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum sheets.
Our cutting capabilities:
- stainless steel: up to 10 mm thick
- structural steel: up to 15 mm thick
- aluminum: up to 10 mm thick
- maximum sheet size: up to 1500 x 3000 mm
- cutting accuracy: from +0.05 mm/m
A cutting request should include:
- a technical drawing in DXF or DWG format; for drawings created in COREL, you will need to save the drawing in one of the formats listed above.
- The documentation should be prepared so that each file contains a sketch of only one detail.
- The drawing should include information about the material from which the part is to be made (grade, thickness), as well as the number of units of that part you would like to have manufactured.
